Sandrine Caloiaro was appointed Chief Portfolio Officer in January 2021. Sandrine leads a recently established brand portfolio management team. The mission of this team is to contribute to the development of a strong and diverse portfolio of brands that meet the expectations of players. Sandrine joined Ubisoft in 2014, and after she was Director of Consumer & Market Intelligence, she became VP of Consumer & Market Knowledge. Sandrine previously worked for brand research and consulting firms such as IFOP, BVA and SORGEM.

  • Alan correctChief Publishing Officer

Alain Corre was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2021 after serving as Managing Director of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific) Zone since 2000. During his 30-year career in the group, he played a key role in positioning Ubisoft in the Chinese and German markets, working on every aspect of the video game industry.

  • Frederick Duge, Chief Corporate Finance Officer

Frédérick Duguet joined Ubisoft in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer, allocating resources to developing stronger brands and live services, creating long-term value and supporting the Group’s strategy. In 2019, Frederick was appointed Chief Financial Officer and has since helped strengthen Ubisoft’s cash flow and financial maturity by overseeing the issuance of financial bonds, especially under exceptional conditions. Frédérick began his investment banking career at the Indosuez and Bankers Trust and gained solid financial and administrative experience at L’Oréal and then at Procter & Gamble before joining Ubisoft.

  • Anika Grant, Chief Human Resources Officer

Anika Grant joined Ubisoft in April 2021 as Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. Her mission is to implement innovative strategies that attract, develop and engage the best talent while helping Ubisoft improve the performance of its organization. Apart from her role at Ubisoft, Anika is a member of the advisory board of two technology companies preparing to publish, Awan Tunai and Ecosystm, providing talent management and corporate culture expertise. Prior to joining Ubisoft, she was Global HR Director at Dyson and formerly Senior Director HR at Uber.

Caroline Zhang was appointed Chief Objectives Officer in February 2021 after serving as Chief Strategic Innovation Officer for five years. With 20 years of experience at Ubisoft, Igor Manso was appointed Chief Creative Officer and a member of Ubisoft’s executive committee in September 2021.   • Cecil RussellChief Legal Officer

Cécile Russeil has been a key member of Ubisoft’s management team for over 30 years. She founded the Group’s Legal Department in 2000 and now leads a global team that oversees various aspects of Ubisoft’s legal and business. Cecil has developed and developed a legal vision and strategy to support the Group’s growth strategy by using risk assessment analysis to optimize decision making, promote agility and position business partnerships. Over the years, she has solid experience in predicting future technological changes and legal challenges in the markets in which Ubisoft operates.

  • Martin Schelling, SVP Production

Martin Schelling joined Ubisoft in 2003 and played a major role in establishing the structure and philosophy of Ubisoft’s global studio production strategy.   • Marie-Sophie’s WarbertSVP Studio Operation
