Fiscal 2021 sales were € 2,264 thousand, while sales in 2020 were € 2,006 thousand (+ 13%).

Operating expenses

Total operating expenses have decreased by 14% compared to the previous year. This reduction was primarily due to the steps taken during the Covid pandemic to optimize the cost base of the still relevant Oredge. In addition, this decline is due to lower amortization of the pound sterling and the US dollar against the euro and the impact of favorable exchange rates.

Outlook

Impact of Pandemic About activities

Beginning in late 2021, most of the pandemic-related constraints have been lifted or lifted, with the Orege team in particular being able to move between Europe and the United States almost normally. Orège also hopes to be able to return to Japan next summer. We believe that the last project, signed and still frozen since the beginning of the pandemic, should be carried out in 2022.

In the United States, the continued implementation of the project signed in Wisconsin in 2021 and the recent signing of the second project in South Carolina are beginning to see the benefits of recovery. These two projects should generate approximately $ 100,000 in revenue by 2022.

In the UK, the two solutions Scottish Water purchased through partner WGM at the end of 2021 were still available in 2022 and delivered in the first quarter as planned, generating approximately € 600,000 in revenue. rice field.
In addition, Orège has just signed the first contract to sell a solution to a new “water company” of around € 300,000.

Finally, business development and project execution activities in other regions are proceeding as expected.

chains supplys obstacles
VSConflict between Russia and Ukraine

Global pressure on the supply chain, already recognized in 2021, continues and is being strengthened by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. In 2021, Orège began manufacturing a certain number of solutions in anticipation of increased activity. Therefore, we are ready to stock and serve our solutions.
Orège also secured the production of additional solutions.
Therefore, the Orège Group does not expect significant restrictions on activities in 2022. On the other hand, we continue to be vigilant about activities after 2023.
For example, for recently launched orders, the price of stainless steel has risen by 50%. As a result, the Orège Group is rethinking its strategy for determining the selling price of its solutions.

Orège will present points of activity to the market in June 2022, the day it will be announced shortly.
