CFA Institute France announces “Young Women in Investment Program 2022”

( — The CFA Institute, the world’s leading investment professionals association, works closely with the CFA Society France Association and its main sponsor, AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM), to invest in young women in all areas. Program 2022 “Program Women.
This joint initiative includes paid internships and work study programs at AXA IM and other partner financial institutions in France (Societe Generale, Moody’s, Cognizant, Blackfin).

Between June 2022, 15 young women will be selected from among those applying for the program. They can come from all disciplines, preferably STEM education (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). They will be offered the opportunity to attend a boot camp in July 2022, where they will receive an intensive four-week financial training course promoted by the training company Fitch Learning. This training includes a virtual learning program with interactive webins, videos, quizzes, and simulations to develop your financial and business skills.

After that, each participant will be offered a paid internship (or work study) for 6 to 12 months from September 2022 at one of the French partners.
This program is a 12-month work study program for women starting a gap year, completing the study in 2022 (and planning a 6-month internship), or entering the final year of the study in 2022. Applications are accepted until June 3rd (Friday).
